Winter Farm to Table Dinner at The Overlook & the Art of Falconry - Saturday, January 25, 2025 3pm-7pm
Join us for an afternoon of falconry, delicious food, and gorgeous scenery! We will begin our adventure with a falconry experience! We will have a couple of options to choose from - when the event begins at 3pm, you can stay at the Overlook and enjoy a presentation by the California Hawking Club and see a falconry demonstration or weather permitting, you’ll have the opportunity to take a short hike to the Teal Pond where we will get to watch some incredible birds of prey in action!
After this educational experience, we will begin passing appetizers at the Overlook at 5PM! This will be followed by our four course Winter Farm to Table Dinner - a savory meal which will feature our grassfed meats and your purchase includes a ticket for a glass of our regenerative wines made with Paicines Ranch grapes and we will also be featuring Blade and Talon Wines, produced by local wine maker, Nat Wong.
3pm - We will meet at the Overlook patio and take a short hike down to the Teal Pond for the Art of Falconry Experience or you can stay at the Overlook where the California Hawking Club will be doing a presentation on birds pf prey and doing some falconry demonstrations (beer and wine will be available for purchase at this time)
5pm - We will head back to the Overlook for an up close visit with the birds and we will also have passed appetizers and your complimentary glass of wine.
5:30pm - Dinner will be served!
