4 Top Sirloin Steaks (Cut in Half), 4 T-Bone Steaks, 4 Rib Steaks, 2 Sirloin Tip Steaks, 2 Boneless Chuck Roasts, 1 4-bone package of Short Ribs, 1 Porterhouse Steak, 1 Inside Skirt steak, 60 Pounds of Ground Beef, 5 Packages of Marrow Bones, 6 1-lb Packages of Stew Meat, 1 Brisket, and 1 Tenderloin Steak (2” Filet!)
