Tender braised Paicines Ranch lamb is slow-cooked with onion, garlic, lamb stock, tomato paste, Worcestershire, thyme, and black pepper to create a rich, savory filling. It’s nestled into our buttery in-house shortcrust and topped with layers of flaky, golden in-house puff pastry.

Hearty, comforting, and made from scratch, this is the kind of meal that feels special without any of the work.

Choose your pie baked and ready to reheat, or unbaked so you can enjoy that fresh-from-the-oven golden crust at home.

Ingredients:
Braised Lamb, Onion, Garlic, Lamb Stock, Tomato Paste, Worcestershire, AP Flour, Thyme, Salt, Black Pepper

In-House Shortcrust:
AP Flour, Butter, Salt, Egg Yolk, Ice Water

In-House Puff Pastry:
AP Flour, Butter, Salt, White Vinegar, Water

Cooking & Reheating Instructions

Unbaked Pie
Preheat oven to 400°F. Place the pie on a baking sheet and brush the top with egg wash. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until the pastry is a deep golden brown. Check the bottom of the pie before removing from the oven; if the crust needs a little more time, bake for an additional 2–5 minutes.

Baked Pie – Reheating
Preheat oven to 325–350°F. Place the pie on a parchment-lined baking sheet on the middle rack. Reheat until the center reaches an internal temperature of 165°F. If the crust begins to brown too quickly, loosely tent the pie with foil. Allow to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving.

Please note: Cooking and reheating times may vary slightly depending on your oven.

Our onsite Culinary Team has prepared savory, delicious meals with our Paicines Ranch pasture-raised meats and locally-sourced, organic ingredients! All of these meals are frozen, so you just need to defrost, heat, and enjoy!
